That's typical why don't large companies every respect our data, don't get my started on the DVLA selling details to anyone who wants them!
Look at it from the other side - if somebody owed you money (eg. a landlord) and you knew the Royal Mail was redirecting their mail then you would be complaining pretty loudly that they should give you their address!0
