Basically, you have to be signed into Pigsback before they know it's your account that you're clicking though to, otherwise they wouldn't be able to attribute the points to an account, useful to remember.
You don't need to go to Pigsback in any particular way first (you could go by an email link, google, the competition links on here or just by going to 'Pigsback.com'), sign in, then click through.
