So did I. His/her first eleven posts point out new offers on Pigsback. The twelfth defends PB's difficulty in supplying CDs (with the knowledgeable tone of an insider) and the last two are about an unfriendly reaction to the posts. No participation in other threads. No questions or comments or banter. And all since 1 March.

However, having an insider from PB could be useful, and fun. We had a great time a couple of years ago picking Darragh's brains. He was on the inside, and tried to help solve myriad problems and complaints. There could have been some point in cultivating Chezza's participation here, but I think that opportunity has now been lost.

Of course, if PB's aim in having a plant here is simply to advertise, then that's plain wrong.

But the pig wouldn't do that. Would he?

So why can't he put forward a rep just like other reputable companies do the the site instead of the 'cloak & dagger' approach?

If there are any undercover workers still logged in could you please ask Pigsback to let me enter the Travel quiz, it says "You have already entered this quiz" when I haven't. This is unfair particulary when there are only two daily quizzes left and I only get to enter 1:eek:

Perhaps I should have put a "wink" at the end of my last sentence. Done it now.

No still can't enter! That's the point, if the undercover workers would help out with problems like this instead of just selling their wares then people would be more welcoming.:D

After checking all of 'her' 14 posts I reach a very different verdict I'm afraid!!

Honesty is always the best policy in my book!!

And that is your choice but there is a chance she is a genuine newbie in which case you are breaking MSE rules yourself. If you suspect she is a plant notify abuse and ask them to investigate - it's their job not ours.

Not breaking any rules just talking the truth.

After a little bit of research you will find the same username on many other forums promoting the same links that he/she has posted here.

I love this site and am proud to say I am a genuine MSE unlike others!!

Then report her to abuse but was there really any need to bring her up again when she'd gone quiet. Anyway, there's enough nastiness on MSE boards at the moment and I'm sorry I've brought arguments onto the Pigsback thread. Can I apologise for arguing with you and let the matter drop? After you've had a chance to respond to me of course

ETA: btw, when our lovely Glyndwr first joined MSE all her posts were helpful ones in the Pigsback thread and no-one accused her of being a plant ;) Although I doubt she posted them elsewhere too which I understand is why you believe Chezza is one

The e-mail the link comes from says the points are available till 5pm Friday (yesterday). The e-mail with these extra points is usually sent on a Thursday, and the points are usually available till 5pm the following day. I find I have to click on any link in the e-mail, sign in to Pigsback, then go back to the e-mail and click on the link that has the extra points. Then the points go on automatically. It took me ages, and lots of trial and error, to work this out.
