I didn't get my e-mail until Saturday morning so was lucky I saw it and got my points. Normally I go to town on a sat morning but didn't feel very well. I don't think it's very fair to put the offer in an email with such a short time to get it. Maybe it's a clever way of making pigsback look generous without having to give many points away.

Hmm i wonder if it's a tech issue cos i got mine the day before (i use a google mail account). I tend to get my PiggyBank email before my friends do who have hotmail. Well let's just hope it won't happen again. I'm hoping to claim my £20 Arcadia voucher soon so i need all the extra points i can get, woohoo! :)

Still waiting for an email to say that my order has been processed and as a matter of fact Amazon vouchers. I have checked everyday in the collect e-rewards section to see if they have gave me the reward but still seems to be no sign of them.

Its been just over a full week and they haven't responded to my email which makes me wonder is Pigsback about to close down or are they all just on holiday. Or maybe they are just sick of reading people's emails that they don't bother reading/replying anymore!

I am getting very frustrated with Pigsback - I have been waiting 3 weeks for my reward, which according to them, they sent on the 2nd June. They asked me to check with my local PO to see if its lurking there, which it isn't. I can't seem to get hold of them - they take forever to answer emails - no phone number of course. All I want is my reward - its only a £10 Waterstones voucher! I also have some other rewards on order, which I kind of think won't turn up either. Does anyone know if they have a secret phone number????????

No, tbh I just wait, they take forever but they always turn up - prob 4 weeks or so as usual?

There is a phone number for Pigsback at the beginning of this thread 0207 287 2408, but I don't know if it still works. Worth a try I guess.
