I am getting very frustrated with Pigsback - I have been waiting 3 weeks for my reward, which according to them, they sent on the 2nd June. They asked me to check with my local PO to see if its lurking there, which it isn't. I can't seem to get hold of them - they take forever to answer emails - no phone number of course. All I want is my reward - its only a £10 Waterstones voucher! I also have some other rewards on order, which I kind of think won't turn up either. Does anyone know if they have a secret phone number????????

Oh no, sorry to hear that. Yeah they did cut it short this time as previously they gave 24-48hrs notice, eeks. Aww, you should have clicked on the link anyways, regardless if they would deduct or not deduct later, it was points that was extra so you had nothing to lose.

Hmm, i've noticed that for me recently too. I've think if you've already claimed your 5pp for that offer, even if it appears again, we're not elegible for more pp as we've got it already? I only seem to get 5pp for offers i've not claimed on before.

Cutting it short is one thing, finishing the offer before we get the e-mail is another. I disagree, if I'd gone through the link first (at risk of losing the points later) then the e-mail wouldn't have given me the guaranteed points. I think Curly is getting very deceptive in his old age.

Ahh I see... hmm, what time did your email come through? I got mine about lunch time so gave me about 24hrs as the offer didn't end till sat 12pm. So did you get your mail after that time? I hope Curly puts up more pp soon...

I didn't get my e-mail until Saturday morning so was lucky I saw it and got my points. Normally I go to town on a sat morning but didn't feel very well. I don't think it's very fair to put the offer in an email with such a short time to get it. Maybe it's a clever way of making pigsback look generous without having to give many points away.
