    Same here! Was just about to post the same thing. What flaming French guide? It's hard enough trying to build up points without them mysteriously taking over 500 points away. Well this has just encouraged me to give up on the pig. I'm off! Wishing you all good luck.

    Much the same for me too -- I have persisted for so long thinking that in a couple of weeks I could claim a measly £5 theatre token. Having won a competition and a couple fo daily quizzes over the past couple of years I stuck with them, but not so sure now. :mad:

    How weird! Logged in, got 3000 points for trivia quiz win on 19th may, yet they have taken 525 points of for some french guide! With those points, I would have 6000 points, enough for m&svoucher!

    For all of those still wondering what the France Guide offer is, it is the CT. I know this because they took 495 points off me last month and I asked them to show me what the points were for and they did turn out to be the CT points.

    I was also very close to getting a voucher 20 points or so before the deductions. So all I can say is to the people who managed to get a voucher - well done and consider yourself lucky. :)
