I was getting a page not found link. Is that what you meant by closed. Am sure they will send out the right link when they realise.

Hmm, wonder why you're getting that... I clicked from my email and so did my sister and it took us to the offer page on the Pigsback site. We both clicked the take up offer link and took us straight to the Supersavvyme site. Maybe restart your browser and try it again? Could be a bug, eek. Or you could just register on the Supersavvyme site but then you wouldn't get your 75pp, which kinda defeats the oject, haha... Good luck trying again!

Thanks for replies. I initially clicked through from Pigsback email and received error screen. Then went to Pigsback and clicked through from there, and received message 'offer closed'.

Hey Libra10, you're welcome. :) Hmm, are you still getting that? Just asked some of my mates who are also on Pigsback about this error message but it's been fine for them. Perhaps keep trying, perseverance always prevails. :P

Thanks for replies. Have just tried again using scottishlassie's link, and was accepted for offer this time.

Thanks, the link worked for me. The link from my email wouldn't work at all - perhaps it's my work email settings.

    Hey guys,

I've found out the prob, it looks like the email returns an error message if you're using Internet Explorer. I used Firefox so was fine. God i hate stupid software incompatibilties... :S

Hi Spongie... After reading your post I went back to the original email and clicked and the page came up. I guess it was just a glitch. These things do happen.

I tried to register but think I may already be with supersavvyme.

Hey kernalpop, ooh well that's great! Yeah, technology these days, the more you try to understand them, the more confusing they can be so i just accept it if i can't figure it out and hope for the best, haha... well i've claimed my Olay and Bold samples before, i guess you don't need to re-register? I just signed in my login details and requested my sample. Hopefully this time i will actually receive my Ariel sample as my last Bold one got nicked from our post in our block of flat. I saw it on a saturday morning when i was going out, thought i'd pick it up when i get back later and it was gone from the pile of letters... cheeky thieves! Perhaps Supersavvyme should tone down their bright pink bubblewrapped envelopes that has 'Sample' stamped all over it... ¬__¬
