It could be your email provider. I remember I had been with Pigsback for a few years and been receiving emails ok and then all of a sudden one just ended up in "junk". That was hotmail - definitely dodgy.

I also remember someone on here saying their account had been terminated because Pigsback emails had been marked as junk - and it was aol who had put it in junk, then deleted it.

So maybe contact Pigsback and tell them you're not receiving their emails and then make sure you add Pigsback to your "safe list".

I've tried everything I can think of, I'm not getting the points despite clicking through from the e-mail and then clicking through to Big Wardrobe. I didn't sign up, though. Is that what I have done wrong? I even tried clearing my cookies and trying again. So frustrating. Any help appreciated.

I used the link from your thread, and was given the points straight away. I've not cleared cookies or anything. It said that if you sign up you get extra points.

Ooh i got my 50pp today via the email too. Hmm, looks like they're finally bumping up their points - and about bloody time too! Defo better than the previous 10pp (er that's 3.3p, haha). Oh yeah just in case you peeps don't know, there's a section for more free pp on their site. As i'm a new user i can't post the link here (boo hoo). Anyways, if you go to their site, it's called 'Easy PiggyPoints'.

I signed up to Pigsback about 3 years ago and to be honest, i've not gone back for the most of last year cos i didn't find much i wanted. I've never bothered with their quizzes either as the points are so low. I wonder if they'll do anything new and interesting soon? :P
