End of last year I got one within a week, was really impressed with that:D but lately people have been saying they are taking quite a while to arrive.

amazon vouchers are electronic so they should be in your account somewhere... think it might take a little while for them to send it to you but once they do it'll be in the rewards section under "collect e-rewards".
at least i think so- it's been so long since i've got a voucher of PB i've forgotten the process...
