I've got something good to say!!!!!

After a few years in trying to get enough points for a £10 Arcadia voucher I finally got enough last Saturday yippee! I promptly ordered my voucher on Saturday night and it was delivered today - I can't believe it - thought I'd be waiting for weeks!

Another 3 years until my next one

and the reply was.......

Thank you for your email. We have a number of permanent rewards and a number of other rewards that come and go depending on the deals available in the market. There is no reason M&S voucher won't be back in the future. We are considering a number of new rewards, as soon as we have news, it'll be up on the site.
