Columbia Lake Tahoe Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is only open to UK residents over 18 years of age but not employees or their families of Graham Tiso Ltd and Columbia, their agents or anyone connected with the administration of the promotion.
2. Closing date for entries is Saturday 31st October 2009.
3. Prize draw will take place Monday 2nd November. Winners will be notified by post and telephone by Wednesday 9th November. Winners' details (name and county) will be published on Graham Tiso Ltd website from Monday 16th November. An independent person will make the draw.
4. Online entry only. No purchase necessary. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or mislaid entries. Only one entry per person is allowed.
5. The 1st prize package is for 2 people for 4 nights in a studio condominium suite at the Squaw Valley Lodge in Squaw Valley (North Lake Tahoe) and 4 nights in a condominium suite at Lakeland Village Beach & Mountain Resort in South Lake Tahoe PLUS 8 days of lift tickets at any of the 7 Ski Lake Tahoe resorts: Alpine Meadows, Heavenly, Kirkwood, Mt. Rose-Ski Tahoe, Northstar-at-Tahoe™, Sierra-at-Tahoe® and Squaw Valley USA. Flights from London to San Francisco, hire of a basic car for 8 days and bronze ski/board hire for 8 days. Prize valid non-holiday only, subject to availability and restrictions apply. Taxes and fees not included. Blackout dates include November 28-29, 2009; December 26, 2009- January 2, 2010; January 16-17, 2010; February 13-14, 2010. The prize package does not include airport transfers or spending money. Travelers should also ensure any required Visas, travel insurance, permissions, conditions of travel are met. There is one holiday to be won. The holiday must be taken by April 30 2010. The prize is not transferable and once booked, dates, names and details cannot be changed. All dates are subject to availability.
6. The 2nd prize is the Columbia Ampa Theater Jacket in Dark Charcoal and the Boundary Run Pant in black as well as 2 Warren Miller film tickets. There is only one second prize to be won. The second prize package must be taken by April 30 2010. While stocks last.
7. The 3rd prize 12 pairs of tickets to Warren Miller Scottish screenings of the Dynasty film tour. The tour will have screenings in Scotland from 19th November - 15th December 2009.
8. No cash alternative in whole or part will be offered for the prizes
9. Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
10. Entry into the draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
