Not happy with LG

Ok cut a long story short!
Bought a usa fridge freezer from currys on the 4th aug..or 3rd not exactly sure without looking.. anyway it arrived etc was fine up until a few days later when we noticed the doors had disaligned..
Called LG and an engineer was sent out..couldn't fix and left..
That was it, i have now rung 5 times at my expence (0845 and long holds on the line).. LG not to mention the service repair co who they keep passing me back and forth to..just rung again to be told they are awaiting the repair AGAIN..i got a bit fed up with the woman who then said they were entitled to their slow service basically as they are allowed 28 days from repair to getting back to me..lovely if id'e have been told this the numerous times iv'e rung before..
SO letter to LG due to £800 spent and rubbish service..not like them at all as have other LG things and think they are v good but not happy at all.
Anyone know who is best to got to as know from previous probs i have had quick fix answers on here?

Your rights are against Currys not LG. Push them to resolve the issue on your behalf.0

Either the manufacturer or supplier (Currys) can choose to offer you a repair/replacement. Most manufacturers are very good and fairly quick but there are some exceptions - as you have experienced.
The law states that the final stop is with the supplier. Contact Currys. They will probably try and get you to deal with LG, just state that you already have and the "Sales of Goods Act" show that Currys have the final responsibility now so you are only going to deal with them.0 -
Hi thanks for the replies..well a long while back when all this started i was told by Currys that they could only issue a new one if this one was deemed as unrepairable..so was put through the the care line then LG..i have tried Currys again and still the same responce..await repair..await responce and then they will deal with it after they have done their bit.
Tbh not sure who to believe half the time with them and getting really cross about it all.

Do a search on the site as not so long ago someone had exactly the same problem as you with an LG USA style fridge.one of the famous 5
