BT Line Change...When????? BT Reps???

In late August I got a letter from BT telling me in a month,my " BT Pay & Call" service was being discontinued & I'd be moved over onto normal biling with a new account number & monthly bills but the same telco number.
To date I have not heard a bean from them,not a peep.
So would any BT reps be able to help find out when it's getting done?
I'm in the process of setting up my own business & therefore any disruption in my service will not be welcome obviously.
