My 12 month contract with BT for both phone and internet are due to end think it's December for both may be middle of November.
I do not want to be tied into another contract as I have done my 12 months time but I do want to keep both on a rolling contract
(I think that's what it's called)
At the minute I have the package where it's free for up to 60 minutes after 6pm and all weekend for the phone.
I have option 3 for the internet unlimited broadband. I am on the paperless billing but just wanting to know if there are any penalties being out of a tied contract?
Thanks in Advance

If you dont want to renew contract you will need to call and cancel the renewal of your call plan as it sounds like your on the auto renewal contract for free evening and weekends.
The broadband wont renew but will stay on a 14 day notice contract.0 -
OTOH, you should be able to negotiate a substantial discount on the broadband if you phone and agree to another 12 month contract.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
