Evening stanley38, have you had any trips to your 'monkey' friends at the JCP recently? You still trying to play the system?
Gone ... or have I?0 -
why is it playing the system, it's a perfectly legitimate question.

We have all seen your previous answers. Have you called HMRC to ask your question, or are they 'monkeys' to?Gone ... or have I?0

When you call the people trying to help you "monkeys" expect a respoonse back at ya.

Why come on here and ask people questions despite your previous rude and arrogant attitude? We (JCP, TCO, CBO etc) all have to put up with this sort of thing during the day but we get paid for that, we shouldn't need to come on and answer to it here. I have previously stated that those who cannot show respect to those who come on here to give free advice can p*ss off. Looking at your previous posts there is no respect given to those who you deal with in real life or on here where we don't have to put up with it.
I will answer on this occasion. You can have as many holidays as you like as long as they last no more than 8 weeks and you can confidently say you are normally resident in the UK, so you need to live the majority of the year in the UK and only take holidays overseas, not live abroad part time.
I assume you are claiming CTC and not WTC. If you claim WTC you cannot take any longer than 4 weeks unpaid leave without WTC stopping. If you are claiming CTC I hope the child(ren) is/are below school age and not missing school/nursery as you should not be taking children on holiday during term time.0 -
ok p*ss off yourself back to your insipid world of benefits....
