Morning I'm 38 weeks and have been fed up throughoput.. hate being big, wearing same crappy clothes, being asked about it all the time, been given tips/suggestions by every tom !!!!!! or harry... Luckily I've had no sickness just bad back and joints. One week left at work on Friday yaa hoooo, if I last that long woke up at 4am with worst cramps ever for 2 hours... thought for a min this is it then nothing.. x

Wow, fairplay to you going that long at work... I'm guessing that this is your first?? I'm on my third and had to leave at 33 weeks this time .

B****y insomnia, what is it all about, I'm now stuggling to nap through the day too .

Oh and any one else feel HUGE??? I have put on 4 stone this time :eek::eek::eek: am usually a size 10! I have a bump which is all out front so just look sooooo stupid!!!!

    Oh the joys :rotfl:.

Can I jin this self indulgent post?

Currently 34 + 5 and feel like the size of of an elephants backside!
I was a size 12 when I got pg but now doubt i'll fit in a 16-18 ive put on 4 stone - I put on 4 1/2 stone last time and was adamant that I wasn't going to do the same

Suffering from SDP, baby is breech with feet right down so getting some awful kicks, got till next week to turn her before they send me for a scan and if she is still breech then they apparently are going to suggest a cs due to the size (my first was a 10lb baby and this is looking the same!) Really don't want a cs as self employed so will be working right up to the day and pretty much straight after like last time!! So a cs will really hit me hard!

Can't sleep, constant indigestion (although just eating 5 tangerines won't help!) Iron levels so low that they say I may need a transfusion after labour! And in almighty pain that I feel like an 80 yr old - some 80yr olds prob look more mobile than me at the mo:rotfl:

I can't go on for another 5 weeks! Went out for a meal last night and felt awful just wanted to be in bed!

Right, moan over!! Hope everyone else is ok x

yes this thread is me. 7 days overdue. it is 1.30 in the morning (very usual now) had sweep earlier still no joy.

I hope something happens really soon for you, go for a long walk or up and down the stairs constantly for half and hour or so.
got spd so find it hard to do much housework, 43 inch waist, im grumpy, cant sleep and feel like im gonna scream! Having a sweep on 20th nov and been told will not be allowed to go overdue so thats a good point but hell, nov the 20th feels like forever away!

Oh i have SPD too and its agony somedays, have you had any physio?
Im due 22nd Nov and yep 7 weeks does feel like FOREVER. ;)

Ditto - I have been on 6 or 7 different Iron tablets and liquids this pregnancy and everyone of them makes me ill. It going to be a transfustion for me aswell if my iron stays this low - i think my Ferretin is 7 at the moment.

I have a stinker of a cold at the moment - really feel yuk and the breathlessness of the anaemia is worse than ever with a chesty cough on top. I swear this is the last time I am ever having a baby. 3 is plenty and hubby WILL go for the snip or he is never setting foot in my bed again.

Waiting for physio to get in touch with me, but i have had physio for 4 years, never helped tbh. I paid to see a private chiroprator (sp sorry) once and he was amazing, used accupuncture and ive never felt so good after he got his hands on me (oh err missus lol). But hes in London, and I could never afford to keep up private treatment. Id feel selfish spending all that money on myself when I could be spending it on the kids/hubby! I do have about 4 different support belts, but they dont work either lol.
Think we goona have to think of a way to pass the time! haha

Just think the cold is a bit more amunity for you little baby when he/she enters this world. I have just got over one.

being induced this evening (10 days overdue, sweep didn't work) I really didn't want to be induced as I wanted to stay home as long as possible and have heard it can be more intense and longer, but hey ho, she has to come out NOW :rotfl:
