Had a no spend day on Monday and Tuesday.. so feelin good...
Spent £1.08 in Boots at Lunchtime and then spent £6.05 for an hour at badminton...

Had a course for work today which provided a free lunch and refreshments that cost me £2.20 to get there.

Well I was on the right track, but dinner hit and unfortunate wall, so ran out to Tesco's and now I'm £7 lighter!
