Debt free = clutter free?

I've got so much clutter to get rid of that I don't know where to start!
The good news is I've sold a couple of appliances that have been sitting in the garage for a while, so that is the kick up the a**e that I need!
There are bags of clothes, boxes of toys, etc in there too. I know there are bin liners full of good curtains in the loft (from house moves) too. And that's before I do another run through of clothes DS has grown out of over the last year!
I sold a load of stuff on eBay last autumn that was just laying about - made £127 in one month.
It's definitely car boot sale time here, just need to get motivated! And I want to be clutter-free too!Back on the DFW Wagon:
CC - £3,300 on 0% til 04/2020
CC - £4,500 on 0% til 02/2019
Loan - £12,063.84 as at 4/1/180 -
I agree that this is a good thing. I think that having a lot of stuff that isn't being used in boxes and cupboards kind of weighs on your mind. It's really cathartic to sort it all out. I'm not quite at the stage where I'm noticing the lack of clutter though.
DH is fighting it, he's frightened that if we rely on getting rid of stuff to get by then we'll end up with nothing. Of course he's right that you can only sell assets once. But he just doesn't seem to be able to prioritise about what should stay and what should go. He did eventually help me list some DVDs yesterday though, and I appreciate that. I want him to be happy, so don't have the heart to force him to give up things.I believe the struggle for financial freedom is unfair
I believe the only ones who disagree are millionaires.Affirmation. Savage Garden.0
