Taxing a car - addresses allowed to be different?

If you are taxing at the post office without a reminder - does the address on the insurance certificate have to match the address of the registered keeper - or driving license?

You don't need a driving licence to tax the car. The other 2 should match, not sure that they must though.This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0
