Mapmyself.

Hi everyone,
I love using mindmaps for personal, home and work, and after using paper and coloured pens for years, eventually turned to doing them on my computer. However I have never found a very good online one, but a few weeks ago I came across Mapmyself. To me it looks like a stripped down version of Tony Buzans Imindmap which I highly recommend using at home.
You can only create 2 free mindmaps and after that it costs around £2 per month, but for me it is worth it.

I can see that there could be times when an online tool would be useful, but for use at home where installing software on your PC is not a problem, have you tried XMIND and FreeMind?

Both open source, and both £2 a month cheaper if you get on with the user interface and want to save money...

Yes I have tried both these programs but I like mindmaps to look more organic (hand drawn). Many years ago I purchased a book by Tony Buzan which shows you how to create mindmaps, so I try to stick to the mindmap laws. I find alot of these mindmap programs don't use many of the laws, after all, mindmaps are really there to help you retain information and use your mind, and the more colour and images you use the better.
