Best value Foreign Exchange?

I'm looking for the best value online / high-street foreign exchange to change Pounds into Canadian Dollars. So far I've found that TravelEx provide the best rate along with M&S coming in a close second. Does anyone know any other company that will beat TravelEx?

Also, does anyone know where I could find a (fairly accurate) online exchange rate forecast?

yuo could look at https://www.xe.com which gives you exchange rates but it won't guarentee that anyone will match the exchange rate that they show as they tend to be higher

I have always found M&S to have an excellent service. On top of which, if you have an M&S &more card, you can put the currency purchase on the card with no cash advance fee, so if you order on the day after your statement date you get up to 6 weeks interest free credit!
