I have made an offer on a house. if the vendor accepts the offer,what are the next stages? As you can guess,I'm a newbie..thanks..
Oh, our current house isnt on the market yet,,but potetially we could do the deal without ours being sold yet..

Hi.
Next stages would be:
Instruct Solicitor
Arrange Survey (independantly or via mortgage company if using a mortgage)
Arrange Financing (mortgage etc which will include the survey if mortgageing)
These need to be done pretty much straight away after the offer is accepted. Then it is the old tale of sit and wait for the slow wheels ofproperty purchasing to turn.
