Yorkshire Bank mess

Hi guys,

I'm in a mess with this bank at present and looking for some advice how to deal with them.
Basically my overdraft limit is £1800 and they are charge me £25 per day for using it on top of which now it's got to the stage where all my wages are eaten up which is when they slap me with the unpaid direct debit charges at £35.

I've opened up a new account with another bank as I can't afford to keep having my wages being taken on payday but now I have the yorkshire account gaining charges everyday it's stays overdrawn.

At the minute the account is upto £2200 and it's left me wondering what I can do about it as it seems the bank don't care about getting me deeper and deeper into debt with £25 per day charge!

So any help will be great!

Dan.

Have you started the process of reclaiming the charges yet?

Do you have priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities)?

No priority debt arrears so I'll end up in the pile till after the test case. Just all these charges per day won't help me get out of the hole. Is there a way to get the bank to freeze the account so I can pay the overdraft back without worrying about ending up where I started as they charge £25 per day.

Ask the question nonetheless. Furthermore, are there any credit cards, store cards and/or catalogue charges to reclaim?
