Well I just phoned them to do my home move and it was a far better experience than I've had in the past.
The operator was well informed, found my new address with no problem and set everything up with no problems so far. Due to be connected at the new property on the 16th complete with transferring my broadband.
They told me there would be no connection charge, they've never done this in the past and thank god there is one this time because I was forced to pay the charge for the same address just over a year ago!
