MBNA wont dispute transactions under section 75 due to value

Basically it's like this.
I have 3 transactions on my credit card statement that are under value of £100. I have not authorised these transactions in any way shape or form.
I have contacted my credit card company and they say they cannot dispute the transactions as the company may come back and say that the charges are valid. This is to do with the disputes process. So I say hat I am covered under section 75 surely.
They said that since the purchases are less than £100 (even though I have no knowledge of them and have not authorised them) they cannot dispute the charges and are not liable.
So basically I have to pay for these transactions knowing full well they are not mine. Does anyone have any advice that could help?

No No, if you did not make the transactions then you do not pay for them. Simples.
This has nothing to do with Section 75 (which does indeed have a £100 limit to become a legal obligation). You have been the victim of fraud - just tell your Card Provider you did not make these transactions and that you dispute them.
They are obliged to investigate and if you did not make the transactions then they will be removed from your account. This is your right, do not let useless front line CSAs fob you off. If neccessary demand to speak to the fraud department and tell them that you dispute the transactions and are not paying for them.

Did these transactions come from out of the blue, or are they from a supplier or linked company that you are already dealing with?0

Out of the blue. For one transaction they are sending me out a declaration form which I have to return signed. They will then investigate. They said that if the company state the transaction is valid then the charge will stand.0
