Can a house get blacklisted due to ex tenants credit history?
I rent out my UK flat and my current tenants claim my ex tenant is receiving what appear to be letters from debt collectors/court. If this is the case, and one of my ex tenants had bad credit history, could my house be blacklisted as a result of association with such a a tenant?
Just tell the tenants to send the letters back stating that they don't live there anymore. I'm getting loads of debt collector letters through my door for people who haven't lived here for years (private rented house as well)
