npower TOOK £5 OF MY CREDIT ???
I topped up my prepayment key today by £20 and when i put it in it only registered £15 i called them up and after alot of umming they decided it was because i am in "protected supply" i have no idea what it is and didnt say i wanted it so im £5 down on my elec credit, and still dont know why ? i have never used emergency credit as i always top it up before it gets too low...anyone got any ideas ???
