sound like you have some bad ram or your ram has gone,or i could be a driver thats not working right ,it's a funny one that one
have you put any thing new on or in your pc even usb thingsthere or their, one day i might us the right one ,until then tuff0 -
Uninstall any new hardware (drivers) that you recently have.. if this doesnt work as banger says it could be some ram so if you have 2 modules inside, try removing one for a few days, if u still get it then try the other one for a few days..
If still no luck it could be a registry problem! What other information is given out on that particular blue screen of death (inc error codes)[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

Are you using any USB Bluetooth or security device that required installation of a driver as this is a known cause of that Invalid kernel handle error.
As for your original problem I managed to narrow it down to the following error:
- Attempt to allocate a pool at an incorrect IRQ
As for a fix, either try uninstalling any devices recently installed, reformat windows, or you could use the kernel de!!!!!! but this isnt something I've used before so can only post you a microsoft link:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314492/EN-US/
There are links at the bottom on how to use the de!!!!!!
Hope that helps.[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."
