    sound like you have some bad ram or your ram has gone,or i could be a driver thats not working right ,it's a funny one that one
    have you put any thing new on or in your pc even usb things
    there or their,one day i might us the right one ,until then tuff

    Uninstall any new hardware (drivers) that you recently have.. if this doesnt work as banger says it could be some ram so if you have 2 modules inside, try removing one for a few days, if u still get it then try the other one for a few days..

    If still no luck it could be a registry problem! What other information is given out on that particular blue screen of death (inc error codes)

    Are you using any USB Bluetooth or security device that required installation of a driver as this is a known cause of that Invalid kernel handle error.

    As for your original problem I managed to narrow it down to the following error:
    - Attempt to allocate a pool at an incorrect IRQ

    As for a fix, either try uninstalling any devices recently installed, reformat windows, or you could use the kernel de!!!!!! but this isnt something I've used before so can only post you a microsoft link:
