Mehhh I am so annoyed right now !! I looked at the price of a ticket from Auckland to Phuket flying on Pacific Blue and on Wednesday they were $628 ! Then on Friday I checked and the price had gone up to $751. So I panicked and then bought them thinking they might go up again !!! Now I have just checked the website again for prices and the original price is showing again for the same flight. I've been mugged. Rang them up and they gave me loads of excuses like seats reserved etc etc.
Doubt there's nothing I can do, but anyone know what to do in this situation. Is there anything I can get out of them. $123 to me is a lot of money when you're travelling around the world.
Also the fact this will be under NZ rulings etc I guess might make a difference.

Would you have rung VB back up if the price had gone up $123, and offered to pay them the difference?
For someone who reckons they're on a round-the-world trip, you sure have a lot to learn about airlines.....0 -

No, because that would have meant the cheaper seats would have all been taken and I would have taken the extra fare price.
That's the way Air NZ work. If all cheapest seats are gone, then the prices go up to the next level. They don't miraculously drop again the very next day. They just like to rip ya off.0 -
Well maybe go by boat or something next time then.0
