Cheap presentation folders for mailing and metallic bags for mailing

Does anyone know of a supplier that sells the card presentation folders that companies use to send information to prospective clients in the post. We've only just started our business and so we can't afford to get them professionally printed (unless someone is offering to do them really, really cheaply) and so we thought we might be better off to by them blank and then print our logo onto clear inkjet labels to stick on the front. We're looking for both A4 and square (220mm x 220mm) if anyone can recommend a supplier. We're also looking for a supplier that sells metallic bags for sending the brochures/folders out in. We've seen some great ones from a company called Snazzy Bags but they have a minimum order of 500 and so not really viable. Ideally we'd be looking to purchase about 100 - again in A4 size and square.
