  • Mine always still has a residue of water below the filters, etc. but I do clean them out regularly. They always need cleaning more often when a shower gel user comes to stay. I stick to good old soap!

  • I have to use a product called Dermol 200 which I have on prescription from my Drs. I have skin like paper and its very thin,so I can only use soap on my face I have to use this shower stuff all the time ,but it seems to be very gloopy I think I will be cleaning the shower every other day now to keep it unclogged.I was talking to DD and both her and DGD have long hair and she says its amazing how much hair you lose in the shower.I'm glad the small residue of water in the trap means its not a problem that need a plumber .I can honestly say I had never noticed it before . I do love my walk-in shower though I have a seat in there as well, its so much better than when I had a bath and lots of grab rails to hold onto.
