    Good morning ladies

Was MIA all last week as it was my last week at work - Friday was my last day (redundancy) and although I did flying at work trying to clear as much as I could did not have time for posting. A very strange feeling not to have a job to go back to after 15 years, but will try and change it around into a massive positive;). I had lots of cards, flowers, an M & S voucher, and the partners arranged for all staff who wanted to come for drinks and a meal out, so it felt like a retirement party (would have been next year) rather than redundancy. It made me feel a bit better about the whole thing.

Anyway, it is raining heavily here, and I have been to the dentist only to be told that she is ill today, so have come back for a morning's sorting out. My main problem is the amount of boxes/carp everywhere, so before I can see any floor I will have to rehome/ebay/charity shop lots. Will start on hall - it will make a big difference not having to negotiate things whilst walking through...:eek:
    See you all later!

Dusty-glad to hear about the cats.

Can I ask a silly question.

When it says wipe the skirting etc does it mean wiping the skirting behind all the furniture etc or just the stuff I can reach?
Don't mind cleaning it when I am cleaning under settee etc but it is a pain to move the stuff .

I also have a car seat that is suitable from birth forward facing/rear facing does any one know where is the best place to get rid of it or any one that is near me that would like it.

    Hiya
Dusty hope Queen Victoria (what a great name) is okay.
Mudders lots more stone shattering vibes for your DS.
Toots you have a PM xx

Hmph. Made porridge for myself for the first time today, followed the instructions for amounts, thought 'hmm that looks like a lot' but continued. I now have MOUNTAINS of porridge to eat. I'll be using half the amount tomorrow. Yummy though :o

Slept through my alarm, so haven't been to the gym. Did a bit of uni work though. Flying note - decluttered empty shower gel bottle from the shower, made the bed.

Have a good day everyone xxxxxx
