have not got one yet. just wondered what the consequences ould be? who would I inform? Obviously would not go over 50 pounds excess.
Also what if I did volunteer work so my income and expenses became zero?
Thanks0 -
Hi,
I am an authorised intermediary just like who ever did your DRO application. I dont think anyone can answer your question as the legislation is so new. Also the SOA is entirely different from BR ( allowable expenses) to a DRO.
If your income has changed if you now have a job then your costs will have risen too, and you need to reflect this.
What happens if you are then above the £50 limit ? I assure you, no one knows.
