Can you summarise it?
Is it something to do with a company offering a cheap viewing card which works in the Sky+ box, and then a lot of discussion whether it is legit or not?0 -

Cant see what all the fuss is about.
Who needs sky when you have a decent internet connection? You can find just about any movie/tv prog/game/album/ebook on the net in about 10 minutes if you are so inclined.
EDIT Just had a look at the XL website. Forty quid for maybe 2 months full sky package. Doesn't seem that good a deal TBHRetail is the only therapy that works0 -

i have been into the tv hacking scene since itv digital days.. i have a technomate 6900 and 3m dish with assorted cams and cards..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
I thought GC PC's was the best thread

I hae no idea what most of the postings on this thread even meant. I have never even seen Sky TV. I don't have it because I don't understand how to get it - and I am renting and didn't think I'd be here this long.
I've only recently got my first freeview box and am in awe at having more than 4 channels!0 -

Sky is pretty much a waste of money PN. What little I watch I usually get via torrent.Retail is the only therapy that works0
