  • The writing on the jar is in my own fair hand!

The font on the tag is a free download from 2peasinabucket.com

You have to register on the site.

    To find the font -
click on DIGITAL in menu bar
    Click Digital Shopping
    Click Free Fonts
    The font is called Goofball

The other free fonts are very good as well if you like a quirky uneven font

When i click on it its opens up a sample. what do i do next?
  • Oh dear - I am lost now. Did you register with 2peas?

Are you clicking the Digital in the khaki coloured menu bar starting with Home.

The bar is very sensitive and easy to mess up.

After you click on Digital Shopping, another box menu will appear to the right - select free fonts, which is at the last option, when you click on that, there should be a whole selection of free fonts with the download tab next to it - click that an it will download in seconds.

I admit it is not the easiest site to get around - it took me ages. I have a feeling you were not in the right place.

Also doing a very small jar of reindeer poo for little grandson -chocolate buttons for than one I think.

If you need tiny jars for small children, I find the ones that baby food comes in are quite cute and just the right size.

  • The Range have a set of 12 mini kilner jars, that are really really sweet - I think they are about £5.99ish - think they called them spice jars.

Helen, your jars are lovely. In fact all your crafting is, I know have your blog in my favourites! I have done hampers in the past and always looking for new ideas for little gifts so thank you. Just a little question ....sorry for being thick here.....you mentioned a Stampin Up Scallop punch. I take it this is just similar to a hole punch but obviously bigger?? And can you get them easily? I have only ever done cross stitching so new crafting ideas throw up all these news things for me to research. Just noticed you have added more to your blog, so I'm off to see what else you have done. :)

  • The Stampin Up scallop punch and circle punch are BIG! If you look on the instructions for the mints I have put a photo of them there.

I had to find a stampin up demonstrator on the net to get mine.
  • Flyingpig 58- i followed your instructions and attempted to save the file to
    Save the font to C:\Windows\Fonts
but it said ttf was not supported!!!
So i save it to my documents and then copied and pasted file into
    Save the font to C:\Windows\Fonts
    and it worked!!!!! yay

There;s no ending to what you can do with a jar is there.

I'm doing pots of snowballs -some wiill have bon bons (or marshmallows if I can get some without the pink in the bag) in them and some bath bombs
A triangular shaped jar I've stuck christmas tree embellishments on and going to fill it with gold, red and green wrapped sweets or chocoates and I've done four jars with a 'bar humbug' label and filled them with humbugs.
Also doing a very small jar of reindeer poo for little grandson -chocolate buttons for than one I think.

Costco do a huge bag of white marshmallows
