Sold PS3, buyer wont pay?

Im trying to sell my ps3 on ebay, it sold but the cheeky gimp that won the auction is pretending that it never showed up as sold on his side, so he wont pay. Any advice on what I can do? Surely ebay will make him commit to that buy? Im still waitng to use the resolve issue through ebay but Ive got to wait 2 more days before I can do that.

Im so annoyed, why cant people just buy what they pay for instead of trying to rip you off or changing their mind if they see something else. If anyone wants a very good condition ps3 40gb with gt 5 prologue, the orange box, cod 3, resistance fom, gta iv, six axis controller, all leads manuals and original box then pm me.

Cheers.

Technically, you can't share personal details on this site, so asking people to PM you offers would be against the rules... that said, how much would you want for Orange Box on its own? :p
I could PM you my ebay username if you fancy negotiating a price.

And my ebay cost are coming up on Wednesday, but on Tuesday i can open the "I sold an item and haven't received my payment yet" case option. Which gives me one day in which to resolve the issue. Is this enough time?, or will eBay take the bloody final value fee for my ps3 that didn't sell. If they did that I would never use eBay again.

If i chose the option "I sold an item and want to cancel the transaction." would I still get my final value fee back?
I dont think I would which is why ive not used that resolve feature.

Sorry mate, im not selling the orange box separate, you can pick it up pretty cheap if you look around.

if the buyer agrees or doesnt respond the claim then you get your FVF back

The short answer is no- you will have to open the case, and then the buyer has 8 days to respond. You will then get your fees back, as a credit if you have no outstanding balance. I don't know if you can request it as a paypal payment, or however you pay. If you open a mutual (I sold a item and want to cancel the sale option) then the buyer has to agree- if they don't or if they press the wrong button then you are stuck with the fees permanently.
This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine

I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine. :p
