I placed an order last week on a website for wholesale clothes and they called me to say that although it said free shipping at checkout, that because i was N.Ireland they would have to charge me shipping.
Although peeved they said they would also have to charge me shipping for two previous orders going back a year ago, coming to over £80.00

We had bought from them before and my colleague remembers them being shirty about shipping before but I came across their website again a month ago and went ahead and ordered from them thinking if it said free at checkout, it was grand.
It was delivered, no problems (aside for a little shortage, I didnt trouble them with it), no contact about extra shipping charge.

I placed another order last week and
they called and they were wanting me to pay £80 for the 2 back orders shipping, (one placed nov 2008) and also a further shipping charge on this new order.

Of course I was shocked and they got very agressive , insisting we had a verbal delivery arrangement that they would charge as I'm N.i , but they never called me about the last two orders or made an attempt to get in touch before the orders were dispatched or at any time afterwards, up until now.

They ended up they said they were cancelling the order, and reject the payment .

Anyhow they didn't reject the payment, they accepted it and then refunded me my money I'd paid for the last order, but they have debited it the £80 .
I paid with my visa card
Is there anything I can do?
I started off with nothing and I've still got most of it left.
