Here I am, bit better but still in desperate need for peace and quiet.
I have managed to arrange electricity meter swap and gas certificate check both for the morning of my first day holiday, day before we go away. Now I still need to arrange a survey for free insulation but they need to know answers to some questions about the house that I don't have.
Managed to get myself all upset today for nothing. I have finally updated my address to the surgery. I was hoping they wouldn't notice that I live now in different borough but they did. So got a call today saying that they can't keep me in their books due to my new address. I have appointment for next Friday and running out of ADs on Wednesday so got a bit panicky. Found a new surgery, called them, they said that it will take a month before they can have me fully on the records and that my previous surgery needs to give me prescription to cover at least that time. So called the previous surgery again, I can go to my appointment there next week and then I am filling the forms to the new one after that. Phew!!!
Need to feed DD and put to bed. An evening of stitching awaits.
ETA, I have just signed up for a teleseminar that might just change my life forever!!! It will start in September so I will talk about it more then."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

It just occured to me today that not that long ago I was wanting to find a guru, a someone who could help me get myself sorted. And these teleseminars will provide me exactly that.
I had hopes that today I would finally sort out my clothes but I am not well at all. I am just craving some peace and quiet and with 6 year old in the house it is impossible. I am going to have a cup of tea now and try have some rest before we are going to her best friend's birthday party. It is not a kids party, it is for the family and close friends. On the other hand - good it is not going to be noisy but on the other hand - bad as I can't just leave her there and withdraw myself somewhere quiet with the Kindle.
Kettle has boiled, off I go..."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Deepak Chopra is talking that finding the secret of happiness is finding the true us, the true self, actually I feel it is not so much about finding - it is remembering. Remembering who I really am.
So sorry Marru that I am so caught up in my own problems that I forgot what a hard time you were having - my apologies
The secret of happiness and contentment is to accept yourself for what you are but so many of us lose ourselves amongst our troubles and then our insecurities surface. So we need to find ourselves again, remember our strengths, and then emerge again with that strength to live the life we choose, and the wisdom to deal with what life throws at us
Our heritage is part of us, makes us what we are, and we should draw from it, and revel in it - it is what makes us part of something and yet makes us different to others. Cherish it
But on another note, if your current AD's are leaving you feeling like you are, you really need a reassessment on your medication. Far from feeling worried about moving doctor, perhaps look on this as a chance to get a fresh perspective. Hopefully, your new doctor will want to talk through your medication and may come up with alternative AD's - not necessarilly stronger AD's but different ones. I know that is what happened to me when I saw another doctor who felt that I was on the wrong meds and talked me through the choices and what she felt was suitable. Hope this can put your mind at ease and that you can get this part of your life sorted out

Thanks 3D - wise words. I am going to get the prescription renewed for now, continue with the acupuncture and also go early to bed when I feel tired. I think the last one is going to be most difficult.
And LOOOOOVEEEEE the picture. Only week ago I started taking my "guardian wolves" with me when going out, must remember to keep doing that. I am making a x stitch of them (have done one ninth so far):
I am back from the party, it was lovely. They were all from Jamaica (even than most of them were born in UK) so you can imagine that food was plentiful - I was very good and stuck to the principles of the diet and still had lovely food to eat. And when we got back BF was here. So he is sorting DD out which is such help."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

There has been nothing to report. Same all same all.
Review time at work and it is sooooo painful. I have ten more files to finish but luckily others are even more behind than I am.
I have now half an hour to:
- sort out lunches for both of us
- sort breakfast (for me - taking it to work, DD gets fed in holiday club)
- take rubbish out
- put chicken from oven to fridge (roasted it last night - yay me :j)
- clean cat litter tray
- put washing on
- put dishwasher on
Better get a wiggle
Oh and I amd finally (hopefully) making a successfull backup of the files on PC, might be able to run the upgrade this evening. Fingers crossed."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

It has been same old, same old. Very very tired but rather up beat despite.
I don't know if you remember me saying earlier that there is something coming up at work and I want to be part of it. Well they have started to recruit. And there is a senior role going, not the typical one that the others we have are, seems like more hands on. So I have decided to apply. I am wrestling with my CV as we speak. Hoping to get it in before I take off for my hols (one more day at work and two weeks off :j)"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."
