How Much To Replace A Central Heating/Hot Water Timer & A Couple of Switches??

Our timer on our boiler has gone. We dont have a combi boiler so would be timer for hot water/heating. The clock moves but it doesnt 'click' into place and if I dont remember to move it on then we've no hot water. Can you tell me how much it would be to have a new timer fitted that does hot water/heating.

Also in 2 of the bedrooms we still have the 2-way cord switches which need replaced (4 in total) plus 1 single cord pull socket in the 3rd bedroom.

How much would it cost if I bought the switches/timer and paid to have them fitted or is it cheaper for the electrician to supply and fit all.

Have phoned 3 electricians so far and not one of them have turned up/called back  Thanks.
