Hi, can anyone tell me if i can claim back the cost of my hgv medical recently.just been stung for £120.00. ive heard i can claim from the tax man? dun no.

I'm not sure your going to get owt from the tax man, however, i got mine back through work, which was happy days and some beer tokens!!

Are you self employed? You should be able to claim the fee as a business expense on your tax return if the exam was necessary for the furthering of your business development.
If employed, ask your line manager or finance dept. if you can claim it on expenses.0
