    No I didn't fill in the two new boxes but I asked for my account to be blocked anyway.

    Alien, I haven't put my log as it seems to go on for life !Thought it may not be appreciated as it'll take up so much space... would it be ok?
  • Yeah, it'll be no problem! He'll get through it eventually. You might have to split it up into 2 or 3 posts though.

  • I've been away about a week and so I'm back to the computer.

    I've only put malwarebytes log here at the moment as the hijack one goes on for ages........but I'll put that on now in a minute

    Your main concern (In my opinion) should be to check your bank balance to see if there are any dodgy transactions and to change ALL passwords for any sites you use that use card payments or bank sites etc (ebay, natwest, Paypal, Amazon etc)
