Kids - what to do for the best?!

I have 3 kids. 7, 4 and 7 months. The 7 month old has a CTF Voucher. The other 2 do not. I want to balance things up a little for the older 2 children - ie run in parallel with my 7 month's CTF.
What would be the best approach? I am aware of the Halifax 10% childs account which seems very good but how would this compare to an ISA for each child? I want to invest £10 p month to all 3 children. I want to for example start my 7 year old's account off at whatever it would be worth if the CTF scheme was running when he was born - any guesses at how much that would be?!
