So I sat down last night ready for the uploads and nothing!!!!! The one time I try!

Oh well, and just to top it off no RE money!

Is it me or is it really quiet at the moment?

Does anyone know if this is "normal" at this time of year?

I think Becles said that it does tail off around xmas, I suppose it isn't really fair to mystery shop the shops when they're exceptionally busy and have a higher number of temporary staff - not really representative.

I'm hoping for an end/beginning of the month rush.

no RE money for me either, guess they are going to have a lot of tickets to answer but their Bacs take 5 working days from the payment date don't they so that means Friday?

I'm not going to bother. In over 2 years I've never had a single reply to any email I've sent them. Not even the 2 emails I sent to tell them they'd overpaid me!!!! :rotfl::T:j:beer:

Has anyone checked their pending health shop payments on RE? I have just looked on mine and they have got my reimbursement as only half of the full reimbursement. I assume it's because I bought 2 items, not 1, but I'm sure somebody on here said that they bought more than 1 item and still got the full amount.

I am peed off now as it's bad enough that we won't be getting payment until probably the end of November, without them being picky about the reimbursement. :mad:

I've just checked my health shop payment and I was paid the full amount that I spent. I bought 5 or 6 items so I would give them a call and ask why they've not paid the full amount (don't mention that you bought 2 items just see what they say).
