Hi ukmonkey Thanks for the reply - when I go into the shop I will ask to look at the Nokia N series and Blackberry's so I can compare them

I obviously look like the kind of anally retentive person who asks for receipts as I got no performance

If anyone knows the standard burger times could they PM me please - both my timings are coming up as either too short or too long (doesn't say which
) and I don't know how to comment . Service seemed v good to me, hope my stopwatch wasn't playing up (or it's operator is a bit thick :rotfl:).
Thanks.
Edit: Panic over, thanks to a kind MSer xx

Some names are on receipts (Usually operator ID# though). But, if they don't wear name badges, I just give descriptions and say they weren't wearing badges. They should take that.
If it's a mobile phone kind-of assignment where the assistant gets commission from sales, they'll give you their name or even a business card if you decide to "go away and think about it".

I sometimes say something like "Is your name Paul? I`m sure I remember you from school." or something similar. They usually say no I`m Mark. Gotcha!!!

On GfK, what do they mean by morning, lunchtime and afternoon? Is it your own perception, or do they have specific times? I'm thinking of going to a shop at 1.30pm, not sure if that counts as lunch or PM!
Thanks0 -
I normally assume lunch is beetween 12-2 and the rest either morning or afternoon!! Never had a problem with that method before!
