I just wondered with TNS now saying you can access the questionnaire through the link on the 'my visits' page whether you will be able to see the questionnaire as soon as you apply for the job (if within the week or whatever)? Would be great if you can as its so much easier with other companies where you can access the questionnaire/briefing notes either before you apply for the job or as soon as you accept the job?!:D

Does anyone know about RE and a reimbursement fee? I did a job where you had to buy a product in a sports shop and the notes said the reimbursement was £15 and that you could put that to a more expensive item if you wanted but would not be reimbursed more. It did not say anything about spending less. When I have done these type of jobs for GFK you get the whole amount and your purchase comes out of this, yet my fee is showing as the amount I spent - 9.99

Is that right? I have queried but had no response

    Thanks

    Hi,

With RE, you will only get back the amount you have actually spent, up to a maximum amount. (in that case, would have been £15).

I believe that your fee of 9.99 is correct, RE only refund what you actually spent for the sports shops so if you didn't use the whole £15 then so be it!! I always try and spend the whole £15 :T Hope that helps.

Ooops, just sort of repeated Scotties Mum, sorry LOL

Stupid RE just queried a report. Half the query was a repeat of something I had said in the report - the other half I couldn't answer. Nowhere in the shopping instructions did it actually say 'you must have a clear view of the bar whilst you eat your meal, in case we decide to fill the fridges while you eat, and might want to ask you about it'.

Tell me again why I bother?

    Why do you bother ?????????????????????
Had similair problem last week, had same bother only wasn't a pub job, had already answered it fully, but had to repeat myself !!!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek:couldn't work out why & then to add insult bl***y :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:docked me a point for them raising a query for something I had answered sometimes think I wouldn't mind doing their job :T:T:T:T
Best of all seemed like I should have been noting the hot items people were buying as I was sitting there, then the hot thing wouldn't have been missing items :mad::mad:
I have really thought to myself that its not really worth it & then
Took son's EMA form into council & my tcan showed for s/e earned nothing, took 20 minutes to explain that & now they might want a note from my accountant @ this point I'm laughing hysterically.:eek::eek::eek: I don't earn enough MS'ing to employ an accountant. The silly girl says 'everyone who is self employed' MUST' have an accountant. I gave up @ this point & left.

By the time I got home I needed to lie down in a darkened room :eek::eek::eek::eek:

I've seen it mentioned on here about a spreadsheet that people use. Previously I have only done jobs for RE, and could easily keep track, now I have signed up to a few more it's hard to keep track. Could anyone PM the spreadsheet pretty please. Thanks

Aaaargh, I think I have shopped the wrong shop. I was doing a computer game shop for RE and it appears there are 2 in town with similar names. The problem is on the photo upload image on the instructions is the shop that I shopped but the title is the name of the other shop. Confusing!!! What shall I do? Not going back into town, shall I just release it and swallow the fact I have spent 10.00 in the wrong shop? Or try and complete the questionnaire as normal and hope that it is right?

If it was the wrong shop and they won't pay you, take the item back for a refund and that way you're only out of pocket for travel / parking and not the item as well.

Or PM me your email address and I'll send it to you. It's not possible to attach anything for a PM and you'd need to tell me your email address before I can send.
