I have had to do this before and it is so embarassing! :embarasse I feel like everyone is looking at me! I just took a quick one on my phone as it has a good camera. Always feel like a bit of a stalker as I get random people in it walking past! Don't think they could actually tell or mind if it is a camera or phone provided the quality is good.

Right BB dudes....how do I get a photo from my camera on my BB, i select send by e-mail but only seems to save it cannot send it, any ideas?.xxx

The good thing with a mobile is that you can make it look like you're texting and you won't draw attention to yourself!

do you have a usb cable to attach it to your computer? I just got my bb bold the other day and have installed the software on my pc which includes a media file thing so you can transfer music, pictures etc.. to and fro from BB to pc. But i have not actually used it yet so not too sure! i have not used mine much yet as i still have not managed to get it to open pdf's from re or esa yet so need to give them a call to fix it! :mad:

How I email a photo.

Go to photo folder and click on photo to send.
Click on Blackberry Menu.
Scroll down to Send as email and click.
Type email address after To: or if you have entered the email addresses into your address book type first initial and drop down box will appear and you can select recipient.
Then click to send.

Arghhhh, Re was down when I went out and when i've ome back all the jobs have gone!!!!!

I havent done a job or have any pending for forever....

Its seriously difficult to be a MS and have a part time job too.

Ok...I have had a look at my BB settings and this is what I can come up with

look in
Browser Configuration

Click on browser/internet.
Click on BB Menu.
Scroll to options and select.
Select Browser Configuration.
Scroll down and tick ALL checkboxes.
My show images is on WML &HTML
My Browser Identification is set to Internet Explorer
Don’t forget to click BB Menu and Save.

then look in
General Properties

Default Browser is Internet Explorer

Default View is Column rather than Page (personal preference but I do find the MS sites and this forum so much easier to read and navigate in column mode however aba-i is better on page view. To change it to page when you are viewing click BB Menu and select Page View)

Image Quality is set to Low as it makes loading faster.
Repeat Animations set to As Many as Image Specifies
Tick Enable JavaScript Location Support
Tick Switching to Wap Streaming media
Tick Running WML Scripts

You can save the site log in pages to your book marks but I haven’t found a way to save my passwords. There is an App you can purchase but I haven’t bothered yet....holding out for a freebie.

In order to enter info on line the ease varies with the company and quite frankly I prefer to sit comfy with a cuppa in front of a bigger screen and keyboard. I have however on occasions used the BB but each site is a little different and has its own quirks. One I can immediately think of is Retail Eyes : you must make sure you have downloaded notes and printed off questionaire otherwise it will not allow you to progress to stage 5 on the BB. I have mine on column view and you need to scroll down under all the red stage boxes to find the form but to be honest I find it really time consuming and bothersome.

I am no expert and I am really not sure what all the things mean or do but it makes everything work for me.

Don't forget if you do something and something goes haywire (mine didn't by the way) you can always go and find and select the Default Settings and it will return everything to how it was when you purchased it. Thought I would mention it just in case......I had better add a please don't sue me if it all goes wrong footnote...

Is anyone else having a problem logging into GfK. I have tried with Firefox and IE. No luck

Yep, I couldn't log into GFK either.

On the plus side, just got allocated my first 2 jobs from BARE!!
