Anyway, I decided to use free Wi-fi in a burger place (I hadn't just shopped them BTW!!) as they were GAP jobs which needed to be done in time.
Two jobs I did were both phone jobs which were nearly identical apart from one question I think in the questionnaire and both nearly had the same title (same start just with Comps at the end) and because I was trying to be discreet with my paperwork I entered the results for the wrong job and didn't realise until after it had been submitted that I had mixed them up. So I emailed Gap as soon as I had submitted it but haven't heard anything back yet. It won't let me alter anything on it as it has been submitted.
I hope I don't get the boot and also has anyone else done anything quite so stupid??
Hi, yes I have done a similar thing with GAP on a stamp job. I emailed them and explained the mistake, they emailed me next day to advise they had reset the forms so that I could enter the details again.

Nathalie Jane don't beat your self up over this. Even the most experienced of us make daft mistakes.
I made a complete balls up of one for ISC. Skimmed through the notes thinking it was same as last time. WRONG. It had changed. Only after I had driven all the way there and getting out the car had another look through and saw I must have a mortgage to do this job. Well I haven't got a mortgage so I had to abandon it, pay the parking, petrol for nothing. aaarghh. I know as MS'ers we lie all the time kind of but I hate phoning a company making an excuse. But I could hardly phone and say I hadn't properly read the briefing notes. Though it wasn't a mortgage enquiry.
I used to be guilty of forgetting the left and right. Did a fine dining Indian restaurant tonight. Now though I know this company don't ask for left and right I still did it anyway out of paranoia.
Last week as I am hoping to do up my hall soon I went to a carpet shop. Wasn't even doing a MS and found myself subconsciously noting left and right
Did two for PIP recently and they wanted left right and opposite. WHY!!!! First one had the back of a building but I don,t live there and haven't a clue so I asked casually in the bank "What is that building it looks familiar". The next one was mid opposite 2 shops so I noted both.Clique member no 1.:D0 -

It's when you join any queue and automatically start timing & counting customers that you know things have gone too far :rotfl:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Thanks, that sounds right but there is no number there, which might have something to do with the fact that my receipt has "STORE COPY" written across the bottomNataliejane wrote: »I did something really silly today. I find it's difficult to switch off the MS brain.I am constantly remembering stuff that I don't need to and thinking 'good job this is not a mystery shop' when the service is dreadful.I find I am writing the report in my head and for a split second I consider sending it to the company. I quickly come to my senses as I like being paid for my quality insight!
I do think MSing makes me able to complain in a constructive waywhen I am off duty and I have also been known to write a letter to employers when I have received good service.
Having worked in retail and the public services I do know it's appreciated.0 -
Has anyone done the photo place for ESA? I'm so confused as to what photos I'm supposed to be buying0

I've completely messed up today actually. Just randomly shopped completely the wrong clothes shop. No idea why I got them confused.
So i've spent £20 of my cash on clothes I didn't actually want (although they are really pretty) and me trying to be savvy I brought sale items so I can't even take them back. Oh well. I've learnt a little lesson there.
And i've got to go out again in my lunch and do the correct shop. I'm such a nugget.0 -
Has anyone done a health food type shop for RE recently. Just going off to do mine and when I was re-reading the notes it states to purchase 1 item up to the re-imbusement amount. Has anyone bought more than 1 item (and had it approved?)?Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can
