I often see on the Alerts thread lots of different kinds of jobs for GfK but I only ever seem to get financial ones - very occasionally an eating job or a phone call. But what are these home stores? What are the car jobs? What demographic are they for? I'm getting jealous that there are jobs going on that I don't seem to get a look-in for....GR also now I come to think of it. I only ever see a big computer store or banks. Frustrating.
I mainly do banks for GFK too, but have occasionally done phone shops, homeware shops and bingo. Just keep looking and you might find other clients come and go on the list.0 -
help! i took an xmas weekend pub visit earlier and now I can see 0 jobs compared to 153 - not even the rubbishy ones that are always on the screen. its been about 2 hours now and i still have the same problem so anyone else the same... at this rate i will release the one i took to see if that gives me access to seeing jobs again ...0

also another help i had a dire experience with a jewels visit for REACT, one with an audit. had manager not wanting to give me a refund let alone let me do the audit and i was not left in peace or anything
((( anyhow it was my first job like this for them. i am going through all of my notes - now to send them in do i fill in just one questionnaire sheet or one per check? sorry but i am rather confused as to what i do and i had such a bad experience that i never want to "reveal" myself again
plus i am at home poorly in a dressing gown so do not want to be doing this at the moment
also it states that they do not need to know about refund process but i guess when ive had a problem like this i do let them know?

If you didn't want the job in the first place, why accept it?
I do want the job but I obviously want to be able to see other work as I cannot have me accepting one job meaning I cannot apply for anything else as I would then not make anything to live onso if the job is the reason i cannot see other work I will have to release it, I have emailed them to tell them I have a problem but I just wanted to know if anyone else has had the same problem when accepting one of these type of jobs this afternoon or if it is a problem with my account meaning that therefore I do not need to release the job.

Its quite common that you can only select 1 job per client, so if all the jobs you could see were of the same brand then yes, it's perfectly normal not to see the others once you accepted one. I don't think releasing the job you accepted will help.0 -

This is odd, you should still be able to see the sandwiches, other types of pubs etc. Have you checked to make sure you still have all the boxes ticked for each type of jobs? Some time ago they all randomly unticked themselves for me. Otherwise I suggest you wait for their reply or give them a ring? It's a shame as there seems to be a bit of a bonanza of jobs with this company at the moment!0 -

I'm sorry I can't help you with this client angel13 as I don't have much experience with them, but I have done lots of reveals and think you were just VERY unlucky. I know that doesn't help, but don't let it put you off. And I would let the company know, is there a comments box you can tell them about this?
