AGHHH! I knew everything was going too well...

I just did my first MS for the burger people. I did everything by the book, remembered to visit restroom, check what was left and right. Everything. I've just sat down to write up the report, and the receipt they gave me says I was there 30 minutes before I was actually there. This means that the receipt says I was there outside of the shop time. I know I was there at the right time, but how am I going to prove it? I've emailed them about, but haven't heard anything yet. I can't submit the report, because it keeps telling me it's not the right time! everything was going so well too...
Every single burger job I have done the receipt is always at least 15 mins behind actual time - I alter the 'time as per receipt' to the actual time and then put a note in the comments box at the end of the questionnaire to say what I have done and why.

Like the past two posters have said, this has happened to me as well. I agree that you should just alter the time and explain in the comments. :)
  • Thank you for all your help. I was beginning to panic, because I know they can be quite strict with the burger jobs, and this was my first one! I've followed your advice, and I was finally able to submit my report. Now I can relax before tomorrow's jobs...

not to mention colouring pencils and pictures, free chicken nuggets, and cleaning the table adjacent to you 4 times during your visit even when not dirty.
