Bought myself a nice shiny netbook yesterday...samsung something or other from Comet, it's niiice! It will of course be recorded as an expense for my MSing so will reduce my tax bill.
Ooh good for you, Monkeyboy, I've had mine about a month and love it - although I do find myself spending more time in MacDonalds/Starbucks/Pret a Manger than usual to use their free Wi-fi and write up my reports while I'm out and about for just the price of a coffee!!

  • With respect, Stoozer, TG is highly respected on here and VERY helpful to people.

If anyone is whinging it appears to be you. If you sign up for a job and need help there will be no end of people here trying to offer you advice and support - but so far all you have done is ask questions about how to make lots of money. We really can't spoon feed you this kind of info, you have to learn from experience. If you manage to get 5 jobs in the same location on a regular basis then you are very lucky. Mystery Shopping is not a way to get rich quick, it's just one more way to make a few extra quid if you are prepared to work at it.

Most of us here DO just keep our heads down and get on with it. TG is no exception, she is simply expressing the frustration that many of us are feeling.

Maybe you should look at some other method of making money, like party plan, where you have a bit more control over the amount of work you can do. With mystery shopping it's often fastest finger first and can be really difficult to actually get the work.

    Qwerty

Next week sometime. Going to prepare and go for it. I visited the shop yesterday...glad I did as it will help me plan ahead.

I am going to try and write a decent report so I can come off my probation then next time i can take on several jobs at once.

The plan for now is to make enough money from MS to cover my monthly travel expenses.

Not concerned about this at all. I need to get myself of probation and then I will look to zap up as many jobs as i can.

I want to make loads of money ...eventually this earnt money will compound and I won't have to do as much.

  • As for just putting your head down and getting on with it, have you completed your first MS yet, or are you still dithering about it?

    And i'm out.

You seem to think it's all going to fall into your lap. Get out of Cloud Cuckoo Land and into the real world.

Incidentally - are you male or female? Age? Where in the country are you from?
